1 General Terms & Conditions

33pko (bundles.33pko.pro) is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 33pko and its users. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the English version shall prevail. 33pko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2 Account Register

To register an account on 33pko, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details are required at the time of registration. Providing false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Each individual may only create one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are strictly prohibited. If 33pko identifies duplicate accounts, both will be closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• A valid mobile number must be provided.
• One email address applies per account.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with others is prohibited.
• A government-issued ID may be required for KYC verification.

3 Betting Rules

Before placing bets on 33pko, please read the specific rules for each game and betting market. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. 33pko reserves the right to void bets under certain circumstances, such as event cancellation or technical errors.

Odds in live betting can change at any time. Bets will be settled at the odds that were applicable at the moment the bet was placed. 33pko is not responsible for any odds changes resulting from internet connection delays.

• Minimum bet amount: BDT 10 (ten taka).
• Maximum bet amounts are determined according to the specific market.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
• In the event of a dispute over results, 33pko's decision is final.
• Bets placed during a technical error may be voided.

4 Payments and Transactions

33pko supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are typically instant, and withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for your first withdrawal. 33pko reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 300.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are determined by account tier.
• Transaction charges (if any) are determined by the payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from the member's own mobile banking account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

33pko regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements, which must be read before claiming. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified turnover must be completed first.

Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited. If bonus abuse is suspected, 33pko reserves the right to cancel the bonus and recover any associated winnings. Bonus validity periods are generally 7 to 30 days, depending on the promotion.

• The welcome bonus applies to new members only.
• Reload bonuses are available subject to meeting specific conditions.
• Cashback is paid out on a weekly or monthly basis.
• The referral bonus is activated after both parties' accounts have been verified.
• 33pko's decision is final in all bonus-related disputes.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33pko platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

• Creating an account using false or fake identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Placing bets through match fixing or using insider information.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using automated software or bots.
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Harassing other members or using offensive language.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

33pko reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason. Accounts are typically closed due to rule violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns. Where possible, the member will be notified by email or SMS prior to account closure.

Members may close their account at any time if they wish. For voluntary account closures, any remaining balance will be refunded once verification is complete. If an account is closed due to a violation of the rules, a refund of the balance is not guaranteed.

8 Privacy and Security

10 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, please contact the 33pko customer support team first. Most issues are resolved through direct communication. If customer support is unable to resolve the matter, a formal complaint can be submitted through our official complaints process.

33pko is committed to fair and prompt resolution of all disputes. We aim to provide an initial response within 48 hours of receiving a complaint and a final decision within 7 business days.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

33pko may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or SMS in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
